How to Refer
To refer a patient to ATAPS, MHNIP, or Medicare simply fax a Mental Health Treatment Plan to (02) 9836 1259.
Enquiries may be made by phoning our team Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on (02) 8884 9467.
Patients will be contacted shortly after the Mental Health Treatment Plan has been received.
Patients will be provided with the next available appointment depending on availability of times, locations and appropriate clinician. A reminder is provided to the patient once the appointment is confirmed.
